Delivery

Delivery costs R120 per order. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days after EFT payment clears. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch; courier delays may occur.

Returns & refunds

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us with your order number and, where possible, photos. We’ll help arrange a return, replacement or refund.

Please contact us before returning anything. For change-of-mind requests, keep items unopened in their original packaging. We’ll explain the next steps and any applicable costs. Your rights under South African consumer law are unaffected.
